We're pleased to announce that work is now underway on the planning application for our proposed Surf Side development at Hove Lagoon, with submission anticipated in the coming weeks.
Working alongside our architects and specialist consultants, we're progressing the detailed plans for two FlowRider surf machines, a new two-storey clubhouse, restaurant and bar facilities, and an expanded range of watersports and community activities.
Our vision is to create a vibrant, family-friendly destination that brings together surfing, watersports, food, wellbeing and entertainment in one unique seafront location.
The planning process represents another significant step towards bringing Surf Side to life, and we're looking forward to sharing further updates as the project progresses.
The development remains subject to planning permission and the necessary approvals.
